In order to facilitate an out the door price quote, we'll need to know the date of your event, what time you'll need to be picked up, where you'll need to be picked up, how much time you'll need the rental (minimum rental requirement may apply), and how many passengers you'll need to accommodate.
In order to book with Phoenix Limousine, we'll need the information to the previous question as well as a deposit to secure your specific requested vehicle. The vehicle you book is the one we set aside for you, and as such it is no longer available to any other potential clients. For this reason the deposit is required to show your good faith in renting from us. No, we do not permit smoking in any of our vehicles at any time. However, we do allow for comfort stops when it is safe to do so. This allows your group to smoke whenever needed.

Yes, the contract holder must be 18 or older. Parents, if you're looking for prom or homecoming transportation, we can transport minors without you present, but you would still be the party respsonsible for the contract.
